TSS was set up in April' 96 and it is a "one stop" source for Human Resource Consultancy and Outsourcing Customized Solutions and Varied Services. It commenced its operations on May 1, 1996.
TSS is headed by a professional who brought 16 years of practical experience in dealing with Human Resources from Organizations like HCL Corporation, Pasupati Acrylon and Controls & Switchgear India Ltd, before launching TSS in 1996.
- 1996: TSS launched its business by signing up with his first client- Bank of America to manage their Payroll Services and Staffing services.
- 1998: OSRAM Company's Payroll related services were outsourced to TSS.
- 1999: TSS advised "How to close down a company under Industrial Dispute Act" for Continental Grain Company.
- 2000: Max New York Life Insurance Co Ltd was the catch of the year. TSS team manages their Payroll services, Help Desk, Reimbursements of Employees, Leave & Attendance, Full & Final settlements of employees leaving the organization, Coordinating with Tax Consultant & EPF Trust and Staffing services.
- 2001: TSS joined hands with IT &T to manage their Provident Fund & ESI services.
- 2001: AN Net Infotech emerged as TSS client to deal with their Provident Fund Services.
- 2003: TSS managed iGATE Global Process Outsourcing Ltd.Provident Fund & ESI services.
- 2003: IMS joined hands with TSS, for managing their Provident Fund & ESI services.
- 2004: TSS managed Staffing services including Payroll services for HCL Comnet Ltd.
- 2005: TSS managed Staffing services including Payroll services for HCL Comnet Ltd.
- 2005: TSS added client, Max Devki Devi to carry out their Payroll services, Employees reimbursements & Full & Final Settlement of ex employees.
- 2005: TSS managed Max Balaji's Payroll services, Employees reimbursements & Full & Final Settlement of ex employees.
- 2006: TSS managed Ciena India Limited Provident Fund services.
- 2006: TSS client, ATS Services Pvt Ltd. to work on obtaining Labor License under The Contract Labour Regulation & Abolition Act and conducted HR Audit services.
- 2008: TSS managed RPO World Wide's Payroll, TDS services.
- 2009: TSS joined hands with EMES TEAMWORX to manage their EPF & ESI Services.
- 2010: TSS bagged another client Unisecure Financial Limited to manage their EPF Services.
- 2011: India Shelter : TSS team handles their Payroll services, Reimbursements of Employees, Leave & Attendance, Compliance, TAX and Full & Final settlements of employees leaving the organization.
- 2012: HCL Avita: TSS team handles their compliance.
- 2012: HCL Healthcare: TSS team handles their compliance.
- 2012: Just4 Kids: TSS team handles their Payroll services, Leave & Attendance, Compliance, TAX and Full & Final settlements of employees leaving the organization.
- 2013: Qspear: TSS team handles their Payroll services, Leave & Attendance, Compliance, TAX and Full & Final settlements of employees leaving the organization.
- 2013: Shiv Nadar Foundation: TSS managed Staffing services including Payroll services.
- 2013: MAX One Distribution and services: TSS team handles their Payroll services, Leave & Attendance, Compliance, TAX ,Staffing services at client site and Full & Final settlements of employees leaving the organization.
